ATTENTION STUDENT-ATHLETES:

The annual FREE Athletic Physical for Dobyns-Bennett High School (rising 9^th -12 grades) is set for Saturday May 18^th at 7:45am @ Ballad Outpatient Therapy Center (Sullivan Center) on Stone Drive (Old King Giant Plaza). Athletes should be there at 7:45am. This mass physical will be the only free physical that will be held this school year for Dobyns-Bennett athletes. Each athlete/player needs to pick up a 2024-2025 KCS Medical Authorization Packet with Physical Form from the athletic office (Located at Civic Auditorium), the athletic training room (located in the Field House) or print out the 2024-2025 KCS Medical Authorization Packet with Physical Form. The 2024-2025 KCS Medical Authorization Packet with Physical Form is located on this page OR the KCS Athletic Training webpage.

REMEMBER: Each athlete/player’s Medical Authorization, KCS Acknowledgement Form, and Physical Medical History portion of the physical form must be filled out and signed by the parent/guardian before the athlete/player can go through the physical.
